Care Assistant
Location: Chichester, UK Salary: £13.05 per hour + company benefits Hours: Full Time (includes night shifts and alternate weekend working)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care for residential and dementia residents
- Support residents in maintaining their individuality, independence, and choice
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Assist with daily tasks, personal care, and activities tailored to each resident
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for all residents
Person Specification
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Physically and mentally able to perform duties (with or without assistive aids)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Care (or willingness to obtain through training)
- Team player with strong self-motivation and a proactive, flexible approach
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and work under pressure
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
