We are actively recruiting for compassionate Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of West London.

📍 Locations Across West London
Flexible opportunities in London’s most vibrant communities:
🌳 Maida Vale & Kilburn (W9, NW6) – Rapid expansion with 5–6 new care packages weekly. 💫 Chelsea & West Brompton (SW3, SW10) – 3–5 new packages weekly. 🏛️ Westminster & Belgravia (SW1W, SW1X) – New area with soon-to-start referrals.
(Additional locations in Paddington, Queens Park, Hyde Park, Swiss Cottage, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood, and Earls Court.)

💷 Pay & Flexibility
Pay Rates (Hourly)
- Monday–Saturday: £14.80
- Sunday: £15.30
- Bank holidays: Enhanced pay
Hours & Shifts
- Full-time/part-time flexibility
- Shift patterns include:
- Long days: 07:00–21:00 (5–7 days/week)
- Weekend blocks: 08:00–21:00 or 14:00–21:00
- Evening shifts: 16:00–21:00
**Job Description: Support Workers / Care Assistants
💙 What the Role Entails
You’ll provide personalised dignified care in clients’ homes, following detailed plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting) with respect and confidentiality
- Medication (preparation and safe administration)
- Mobility support (equipment use, rehabilitation, transfers)
- Mealtime assistance (nutritious meals for varied dietary needs)
- Household tasks (laundry, light cleaning, tidying)
- Companionship (building lasting relationships)

- Social inclusion (hobbies, community activities)
- Independence (prioritising choice and autonomy)
- Health & safety (monitoring, accident prevention, documentation)
- Emotional support (patience and empathy)

🦸 Requirements
Must-Haves:
✔ Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available). ✔ Must be able to travel locally between client appointments.
Personality & Mindset:
We’re less concerned about direct experience than these traits:

- Communication – like a skilled diplomat.
- Problem-solving – balancing kindness with practicality.
- Commitment – dedication to high-quality, respectful care.
Minimum requisite: Ideally 6 months’ social care experience, but passion outweighs experience.
