Job Description
North Bay Group is looking for an individual able to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times in line with North Bay Care Group policies and CQC standards.
Personal Care and Support
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents with eating and drinking, following individual care plans
- Encourage independence and choice wherever possible
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance

Care Planning and Record Keeping
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
- Accurately complete daily care records and documentation
- Report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to senior staff
- Support residents to attend appointments and activities where required
Health, Safety and Safeguarding
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

16 hours a week, experience in care, support work, or a similar people-focused role is desirable but not essential.
£10081 / year
