Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build heartfelt connections with clients, infusing evenings with care and companionship.
- Help clients settle for the evening, assisting with:
- Their personal care routines
- Medication prompts
- Contribute to a homely environment by:
- Aiding in light household chores
- Assisting with supper preparation
- Maintain transparent communication with clients and families, providing first-class care and comfort.

Requirements
Essential
- Must have:
- A valid UK driving licence
- A reliable car (required for home visits, shopping, appointments, and outings)
- Must be able to work one of the following weekday shifts:
- 8am – 2pm
- 4pm – 10pm
- Must be available to work 2 out of 4 weekends per month
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be a UK resident (no sponsorship available)
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Excellent organisational ability and time management
- An innate sense of warmth and friendliness to build positive client relationships

Expected
- Relevant experience in home care or compassionate support (thorough training provided otherwise)
