About The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes:
- Personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene, and meals
- Assisting with daily activities in the home
Your care will be grounded in kindness—ensuring no resident ever loses their individuality. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting those with limited mobility
- Offering comfort to distressed residents
- Providing compassionate end-of-life care
Safeguarding is a core responsibility. You will:
- Recognise signs that may indicate abuse, harm, or neglect
- Attend safeguarding training relevant to your role, as well as additional related training
- Know how to seek and provide advice, as well as escalate concerns when necessary
