About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant (Care Assistant), you’ll deliver essential support by providing personal care, building meaningful relationships, and improving quality of life for those who need it most. This role offers great job satisfaction alongside flexible working opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing)
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Observing, monitoring, and recording client progress

Requirements
To join our community-focused team, you must: ✅ Hold a full UK driving license ✅ Have access to a personal vehicle (essential for travel between clients) ✅ Be caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate ✅ Show flexibility in areas and working hours ✅ Be available to work every other weekend

Availability & Shift Pattern
Shifts run between:
- 07:00am – 3:00pm
- 07:00am – 7:00pm
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm Minimum requirement: 20 hours per week – as many extra hours as available.
