Care Assistant
Support Worker – Permanent Full-Time Role (Night Shifts)
Located at brand new care home opening soon in Swaffham, Norfolk
We are seeking a committed Support Worker to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, operating in a modern, purpose-built care home that delivers:
- Residential care
- Dementia care
- Respite care
- Convalescence care
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the overall well-being of residents by delivering high-quality care in a supportive, individualised setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential support as part of a dedicated care team
- Assist residents with daily tasks, including:
- Personal care (e.g. hygiene support)
- Companionship
- Outings and structured activities
- Encourage independence and well-being
- Support vulnerable individuals with daily routines
- Maintain accurate and confidential record-keeping

This is a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week), with night shift availability.
Competitive pay: £13.45 per hour (£25,178.40 annually).
