🔹 What You’ll Do
Every day as a Care Assistant at Constance Care is an opportunity to make a difference. Your role will include:
- Supporting people to stay independent in their homes
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Offering companionship, reassurance & encouragement
- Assisting with medication, mobility & mealtimes
- Becoming a trusted member of a close-knit, local team
🔸 Key Requirements
We’re looking for kind-hearted individuals who:
- Have a naturally caring and compassionate nature
- Are reliable and committed to making a difference
- Are eager to learn and grow (full training & support provided)
- Have a Full UK Driving Licence (vehicle & mileage provided via CCH) No prior care experience is necessary – what matters most is your heart!
