The Day-to-Day Support We’re Hiring For
Help vulnerable people stay independent at home by supporting them with:
- Personal and mobility care (e.g., dressing, washing)
- Medication administration
- Daily routines (meals, shopping, housekeeping)
- Social & mental wellbeing (motivating clients, outings, company)
- Building genuine, trusted relationships
Your Time, Your Terms
We know life isn’t 9-to-5. Shift patterns are flexible to fit your schedule:
- Morning shifts: 7am–3pm
- Evening shifts: 2pm–10pm or 5pm–10pm
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Local availability needed in: Bishop’s Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree & surrounding areas
(Most clients are within a 5–10 min drive, if driving to appointments there’ll be reimbursement.)
Who We’re Looking For
We want kind, responsible people who aren’t afraid to put in the effort. No prior care experience needed—we believe the right attitude matters most! Whatever background you bring (retail, childcare, hospitality, manual roles) we’ll give you the skills to excel.
Key Commitments
- Must hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence + have your own vehicle
- Adequate insurance for business mileage is required
- Weekend availability every other weekend
- 3-day training course attendance mandatory
