Care Assistant

Location: Solihull, UK | Salary: £13.01 per hour plus company benefits |

🔹 Day Shifts Role – Full Time

£13.01 Per Hour Hours: Full-time (42 hours/week) including alternate weekend shifts Timeline: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating basis)

About the Role

We look for experienced carers, ideally with:

  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalency)
  • Commitment to further career development

Job Requirements:

  • Physically fit to perform tasks with/without assistive aids
  • Prior care/care work experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) – If lacking, a commitment to attend training
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Adaptable to change, pressure, and workload demands
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
