Care Assistant
Location: Solihull, UK | Salary: £13.01 per hour plus company benefits |
🔹 Day Shifts Role – Full Time
£13.01 Per Hour Hours: Full-time (42 hours/week) including alternate weekend shifts Timeline: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (rotating basis)

About the Role
We look for experienced carers, ideally with:
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalency)
- Commitment to further career development

Job Requirements:
- Physically fit to perform tasks with/without assistive aids
- Prior care/care work experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) – If lacking, a commitment to attend training
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and proactive
- Adaptable to change, pressure, and workload demands
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
