Support Worker – Nursing Home (Norwich, Norfolk)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Support Worker to join one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers, working in an exceptional nursing home based in Norwich, Norfolk. The nursing home is registered for older people and specialises in person-centred nursing and dementia care.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Be an essential part of the team, promoting residents' well-being and providing the highest quality of care
- Assist with daily tasks, including:
- Personal care assistance (hygeine, getting dressed, etc.)
- Companionship and days out
- Supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Encouraging independence and well-being
- Ensure accurate record-keeping at all times

Requirements
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification is mandatory
Preferred Skills & Experience
- A genuine desire to care for others
- A strong team player mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A can-do attitude with enthusiasm for the role

- Hourly rate: £13.45 (~£25,178.40 per year)
