Shift Details: 08:00 AM – 20:00 PM Weekdays and alternate weekends

We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a _Care Assistant**** at Waterhouse Manor Care Home in Peterborough.


About The Role

Your core responsibility as a Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services for all residents. You’ll be a valued part of the care team, contributing wholeheartedly.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents in all aspects of personal hygiene, aiming for optimum independence, dignity, and respect for every individual at all times.
  • Recognising and addressing clinical risks, such as:
    • Weight loss
    • Pressure sores
    • Fall risk
    • Signs of infection Escalating any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Exhibiting courteous behaviour, respecting both residents and their visitors.
  • Adhering to safe systems of work across all assigned tasks.
