We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a _Care Assistant**** at Waterhouse Manor Care Home in Peterborough.
About The Role
Your core responsibility as a Care Assistant is to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services for all residents. You’ll be a valued part of the care team, contributing wholeheartedly.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents in all aspects of personal hygiene, aiming for optimum independence, dignity, and respect for every individual at all times.
- Recognising and addressing clinical risks, such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Fall risk
- Signs of infection Escalating any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Exhibiting courteous behaviour, respecting both residents and their visitors.
- Adhering to safe systems of work across all assigned tasks.
