Care And Support Worker – Full-Time (Altogether Care, Lymington Area)
Location: Altogether Care, Lymington Area (and Southampton) Contract Type: Full-Time Salary: £13.80 – £14.30 per hour Closing Date: 13th August 2026

About The Role
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable professionals—whether you’re new to social care or an experienced care professional, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Care And Support Worker at Altogether Care, you will:
- Support people at home to live as independently as possible ⚠ Note: Driving is essential for this role.
- Empower individuals to make their own choices
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
- Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
- Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle
Desired Criteria
(Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in social care or support roles
- Familiarity with DBS checks or prior care/often you can follow
