Care Assistant – Full-Time Role
About The Role

This is a full-time position, so you must have unrestricted availability to work.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care, such as washing, dressing, hygiene, and meal assistance
- Assisting with daily activities to maintain independence and quality of life
- Offering compassionate support in all aspects of resident care
- Ensuring residents retain their individuality and personal fulfilment
Your care will always come from the heart, prioritising residents’ needs in every moment—whether it’s supporting someone with limited mobility, offering comfort through distress, or delivering sensitive end-of-life care.
Safeguarding is a core responsibility in adult social care. You’ll need to:
- Recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect in all its forms
- Attend role-appropriate safeguarding training
- Seek guidance and escalate concerns if required
- Uphold high standards of protection and care
