Job Description

Our Role as a Care Professional

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play an essential role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. You will provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to those who need it most.

Companionship and Daily Support

  • You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines.

Personal Care Delivered with Compassion

  • You may support with personal care and practical tasks, always ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and respected.

Supporting Independence in the Community

  • Whether accompanying clients on shopping trips, attending appointments, or supporting social activities, you will help them maintain independence and wellbeing.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

No Experience Required

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
