Location & Remuneration

  • £13.45 per hour
  • Locations: Kintyre (IV18 0JX) & Mull Hall (IV18 0ND), Invergordon, Ross and Cromarty
  • Availability: Full-time and part-time hours

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to enrich the lives of our residents
  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
  • Encourage and participate in leisure and social activities
  • Show eagerness, kindness, and respect to residents, their families, and colleagues

Essential Requirements

  • No prior experience required—we’ll provide all necessary training and support
  • Strong team player who fosters a happy, inclusive home environment
  • Clear and adaptable communication skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for caring for older people and making a difference
