Location: Covering Gainsborough and surrounding villages. Guaranteed Hours: Flexible contracts starting from 16 to 30 hours per week.

Your Commitment
We’re looking for diligent, compassionate professionals who can work shifts between:
- 06:45am – 2:30pm
- 3:45pm – 9:45pm
Clients require continuity, so flexible availability (including alternate weekends) is essential.
What You’ll Do
Your role involves a variety of tasks to support your clients’ dignity and independence:
- Companionship: Providing discussions, interest-based activities, and meaningful connection.
- Personal Care: Helping with bathing, dressing, washing, and gentle toileting support.
- Lighter household duties: Light cooking, tidying, or meal preparation.
- Medication management: Reminding clients and assisting with meds where needed.
- Client errands: Assistance with shopping, transporting them to appointments, or going outside for air.

Prerequisites
Must-Haves
- Valid UK driving licence
- Your own vehicle with business-use insurance
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references (employment or character)
