Care Assistant

CCH Care Professional Opportunity – Support for Gentleman with Spinal Cord Injury

Pay: Up to £16.90 per hour Shifts: Banked cover for contingency and annual leave (days and sleep nights available).

Job Description

What You’ll Do

You’ll join a team supporting a Gentleman with a spinal cord injury who lives life boldly—never letting his disability limit his goals.

  • Assist with rehabilitation, including daily physiotherapy and exercise programmes
  • Support daily activities (personal care, mobility, meal prep, etc.)
  • Accompany him on social outings and ensure he maintains an active, fulfilling lifestyle
  • Work flexibly to match his needs, which include varied shifts (days and sleep-ins)
  • Full training provided (including shift shadowing and peer support) – no prior experience needed

Requirements

  • No formal qualifications required – training is included
