Professional Care Assistant – Alderley Edge & Surrounding Areas

About the Role

At Carefound Home Care, an Outstanding (CQC-rated) provider based in Cheshire, we’re seeking kind-hearted individuals to become our Professional Care Assistants in Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Cheadle, Knutsford, Macclesfield, and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do as a Care Assistant

As a Professional Care Assistant, your role will include:

  • Building strong relationships through companionship and positive interaction
  • Supporting with daily living, including:
    • Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
    • Mobility and exercise plans (to keep clients active and mobile)
    • Medication support (where applicable or as trained)
    • Home management (cooking, housekeeping, meal prep)
    • Errands & shopping (e.g., prescriptions, groceries)
  • Being reliable, patient, and trustworthy – changing lives by helping clients maintain well-being at home

What We’re Looking For
