💷 Pay & Benefits

  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.80 per hour
  • Saturdays: £15.00 per hour
  • Sundays: £15.15 per hour (Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays)

⏰ Shift Patterns & Contract Security

We offer flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:

  • Day Shifts: 06:00/7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours Contracts Available or Ultimate Flexibility: pick shifts that work around your life! We value flexibility, reliability, and compassion, and we provide consistent, meaningful work for those who love making a difference.

Job Description

💙 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Professional, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect, and compassion.

✨ Your key responsibilities include:

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting, and grooming)
  • Medication support (collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and administration)
  • Meal preparation and nutrition (preparing tasty meals and mealtime assistance)
  • Mobility and equipment support (getting around safely, transfers, and using mobility aids)
  • Housekeeping (making/changing beds, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, and emptying commodes)
  • Companionship and emotional support (providing a listening ear, engaging conversations, and outings)

✨ You’ll also:

  • Encourage social engagement and family connections
  • Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Qualifications
