Job Title: Care Assistant
Are you a naturally caring and compassionate person looking to make a real difference? Join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your day will include:
- Providing excellent care and support to residents, fulfilling their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Assisting residents in all areas of their personal care (e.g., mobility, toileting, hygiene)
- Offering support and guidance to family members when needed
- Engaging residents in daily activities and providing meaningful companionship
- Maintaining clear communication and fostering positive working relationships with colleagues
