We’re currently looking for warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Horse Fair Care Home in Rugeley. If this excites you, we’d love to hear from you!


About the Role

As a Care Assistant, your focus will be on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing fully to the care team to ensure consistent, reliable support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities to promote independence, dignity, and respect
  • Identify and address clinical risks, including:
    • Weight loss
    • Pressure sores
    • Falls prevention
    • Signs of infection/injury
    • Escalate concerns promptly and appropriately
  • Maintain courtesy and respect for residents and their visitors while upholding their individuality and dignity
  • Adhere to safe systems of work, ensuring quality and compliance across all care tasks
