Job Type: Full or Part Time positions available (20:40 hours per week)

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Salary: A GBP 13.12 - A GBP 13.69 per hour, plus A GBP 1,000 Welcome bonus

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will be required to provide the best possible care and support both physically and emotionally to residents on a daily or nightly basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personal care
  • Getting ready for the day or night ahead
  • Assisting with set routines
  • Providing an exceptional level of care and support during the day or night

Being a Care Assistant is a busy role where residents' needs will be your top priority. You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team. You will ensure all residents' activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner. You will quickly become part of the home, a great place to live and work.
