Job Description
What will you be doing?
You will be the highlight of someone’s day. As a Care Assistant, you’ll:
- Visit vulnerable adults in the Flint community in their own homes
- Help them maintain independence and dignity while providing personalised, compassionate care

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities may include:
- Helping someone start the day with a "Good morning!" (Assisting with washing, dressing, and getting ready.)
- Preparing and serving hearty meals (breakfast, lunch).
- Prompting medication**.
- Most importantly—being there to listen, chat, and offer companionship.
Qualifications
