Care Assistant – Seagrave House Care Home (Corby)
We’re seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Seagrave House Care Home in Corby.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high standards of personal care, working closely with the care team to ensure continuity of service for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with all aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual at all times.
- Identify and manage clinical risk areas in residents, such as:
- Weight loss
- Pressure sores
- Falls prevention
- Signs of infection Escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain courtesy and respect towards residents and their visitors, upholding individual dignity.
- Follow safe systems of work across all duties.

Practical Requirements
Before starting, you must submit:
- A valid DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
