Location: Settle Pay Rate:
- Weekdays: £13.60 per hour
- Weekends: £14.10 per hour Shifts Available: Days (11 am – 7 pm)

Job Description
What You’ll Do
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skill base. You will join us as a Complex Care Assistant. Enjoy full training and clinical support to enhance skills in areas like:
- Tracheotomy care
- Ventilation support
- Seizure management
- Stoma care (and more!)
You will care for and support people of all ages in the community and their homes, including those with:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Muscular dystrophy
- Acquired brain injuries
- Additional complex needs
Every day will be different, and you’ll face varying challenges. Your impact, however, is clear: you’ll brighten your clients’ days while growing your skills and knowledge.
This client:
- Has a recent spinal injury
- Will move to home support
- Needs assistance with feeding, personal care, mobility
- Requires help accessing local services, both for health, wellbeing, and social activities
- Enjoys socialising with family, friends, and their partner (e.g., going to the pub)

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- No prior care experience required. You only need plenty of care, compassion, and resilience.
- Full nurse-led training provided during the role.
