We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and professional Care Assistants to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and build meaningful relationships with clients to promote independence and wellbeing.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate personal care to clients in their own homes, following agreed care plans
- Support with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, and mobility assistance
- Assist with medication administration where trained and permitted, and follow medication procedures
- Prepare and support mealtimes, and assist with dietary needs and hydration
- Support clients to maintain independence, dignity, and social inclusion
- Observe, report, and record changes in client wellbeing, completing accurate notes and records in line with company policy
- Follow health and safety guidance, infection control procedures, and safeguarding protocols at all times
- Work collaboratively with the care team, relatives, and healthcare professionals to deliver joined-up care

What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential; full training and induction will be provided
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach to care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and complete accurate records
- Willingness to undertake training and gain relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE/NVQ/Adult Care Level 2 or 3)
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to travel to client homes; a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential
- Enhanced DBS check (we can support with application if required)
