Care Assistant | £12.36ph | 44 Hours a Week | Full Time | Bowood Court Care Home | Redditch

We’re looking for a Day Care Assistant to join our lovely team at Bowood Court Care Home, a friendly 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch, on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our residents’ daily lives - offering a smile, a listening ear, and hands-on support with personal care, mealtimes and activities. We’re searching for someone kind, patient and compassionate, who will treat our residents like family and help make every day a little brighter.
About the Care Assistant role:
- Pay of £12.85 per hour
- Up to 44 hours per week
- Day shifts 7am - 7pm
- Alternate weekend work required

What we are looking for:
- Previous care experience (desirable)
- Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Positive and caring attitude (essential)
