Job Description We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals to join us as Full Time & Part-Time Care Professionals. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide compassionate, personalised support to help older adults live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Key Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care such as washing and dressing Support with meal preparation and dietary needs Carry out light housekeeping and home help tasks Deliver specialised care for clients with dementia or other conditions Monitor and report on client well-being What We’re Looking For A kind, reliable nature – experience is welcome but not essential Excellent communication skills Confidence to work independently and as part of a team A genuine passion for helping others We are unable to offer Sponsorship What We Offer £13.25 per hour, £14 on weekends + enhanced Bank Holiday pay (£26.50/hr) Paid travel time + 35p per mile mileage allowance Minimum 1-hour visits with 15-minute travel time between calls Free DBS check Full training provided – no experience needed 24/7 support and opportunities to grow Health cash plan and local discounts Blue Light Card – fully paid for by us No uniform required – feel comfortable while you care Flexible weekend shifts available If you’re ready to start a meaningful career that truly makes a difference, apply now and become part of the Home Instead family.
