💷 Pay & Benefits
💰 Hours:
- Weekdays (Mon–Sat): £14.07 per hour
- Sundays: £14.57 per hour
🕒 Shift Patterns:
- Day Shifts: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

💖 Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centred care rooted in dignity, respect, and individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Personal care: Bathing, dressing, toileting and support with grooming
- Medication management: Preparation and administration (with training)
- Meals: Assistance and support with meal planning and nutrition
- Mobility support: Assisting with movement and safety equipment
- Domestic care: Light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying
- Emotional support: Offering companionship and validating discussions
- Health monitoring: Observing and reporting vital sign and behavioural changes
- Documentation: Accurate record-keeping and clear communication with teams
- Emergency care: Maintaining safety protocols in emergencies
- Family collaboration: Working with families and professionals for holistic support
🧑⚕️ Requirements
✅ No experience required! Pragmatic training and pay are provided.
Essential:
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to dignity in care
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Positive, battle-friendly energy (a helping attitude is all you need!)
- Reliability and selfless dedication to client support
- Right to work in the UK
