£13.26 - £14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

Situated within close proximity to the centre of the charming, historic market town of Baldock, Hertfordshire, in a fantastic location next to Ivel Springs nature reserve, this Retirement Living PLUS development will comprise of 57 elegant retirement apartments with 24 one-bedroom and 33 two-bedroom properties. There is an on site chef run bistro, two communal lounges, landscaped gardens and courtyard.
You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
- Supporting with individual care packages
What We Offer
- £13.26 - £14.56 per hour (depending on shifts)
- Fully paid training – Get qualified with funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred
- Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
