We are seeking Care Assistants for a Dementia care home located in Kempston, Bedford.
As a member of the care team you will be expected to provide care to the highest standard in accordance with the needs of the resident as assessed and planned, whilst being respectful of the individuality, privacy and dignity of the resident at all times.
To help create and maintain a supportive, secure and friendly environment where residents can achieve maximum independence and choice.
Experience working with people living with Dementia is desired.
Please note, this is a part-time role, working includes 4 days out of 7 over a 2-week period, shifts will include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
