Care Support Worker – Complex Care
Location: Birmingham Pay: £13 per hour Shifts Available: Full-time days and nights

Job Description
About the Role
You will support a 38-year-old female client with Spinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2), who lives independently and enjoys a busy, social lifestyle. Responsibilities include:

- Providing all aspects of personal care
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Supporting medication administration
- Helping with household tasks
- Driving her adapted manual vehicle
- Supporting work, social activities, Powerchair Football, holidays, and community events
Flexibility with working hours is essential due to the client’s active lifestyle.
Driver Requirement
- Must hold a full manual driving licence due to operating the client’s vehicle
- Comfortable driving on motorways
Requirements
