About the Role
Ideal for both new entrants to social care and experienced care professionals, this position empowers you to:
- Support individuals at home to live as independently as possible (Driving is essential for this role)
- Empower clients to make their own choices
- Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
- Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
- Build trusting, positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Use mobile technology to record and deliver high-quality care

- Ability to travel extensively to deliver flexible, responsive care

Skills Needed
Required: ✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a personal/leased vehicle (dine agata staff flowchart-ID: INDSL)
Desired: ✔ Experience in care, support work, or health-related settings ✔ Customer service orientation ✔ Ability to build rapport with diverse clients
