Care Assistant - Days

Location: Chetwynd House Care Home, Nottingham Pay: £12.85 per hour Hours: 33–44 per week (overtime available) Shifts: Day shifts (07:00–19:00, alternate weekends)

Join Adept Care Homes, a family-run group that provides high-quality residential and dementia care across the Midlands. We’re seeking caring, reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home.


About the Role

  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
  • Support residents with:
    • Daily personal care
    • Meal preparation and assistance
    • Daily activities
  • Build strong relationships, acting as a key worker for assigned residents
  • Accurately record care notes and report any changes in condition
  • Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards
  • Encourage leisure and social activities for residents
  • Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times

Pay & Hours

  • £12.85 per hour
  • 33–44 hours per week (with overtime available)
  • Day shifts: 07:00–19:00 (with alternate weekends)
