We’re now seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant at Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay. If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!
About The Role
As a Care Assistant at Miramar, your primary focus is delivering high standards of personal care—supporting the care team to ensure continuity and consistency in resident services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with daily personal hygiene while promoting independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identifying clinical risks (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, infections) and escalating concerns promptly to the care team.
- Ensuring courteous interactions with residents and their visitors, upholding their dignity and individuality.
- Adhering to safe systems of work across all care tasks.
