Care Assistant
About the Role

You must be able to work full time with no work restrictions.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene, meals)
- Assisting with daily activities in the home
You’ll deliver care that comes from the heart—ensuring residents never lose their individuality. This could involve:
- Supporting someone with limited mobility
- Offering comfort to a distressed resident
- Providing compassionate end-of-life care
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must be able to:
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
- Undertake safeguarding training
- Seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary
