๐ Work Locations We look after service users across North and North West London, giving you the opportunity to work locally and make a real difference in your neighbourhood. Take your daily route past iconic sites such as Camden Lock, past the verdant bonifton of Victoria Park in Finchley, or through thriving London high streets โ wherever you choose to help, you'll be instrumental to the community!

Pay & Benefits
๐ท Pay Rate (Hourly)
- Weekdays (MonโFri): ยฃ14.50
- Saturdays: ยฃ14.50
- Sundays: ยฃ15.00
๐ Shifts
We offer flexible shifts six days a week; available shifts allow significant flexibility fitting in with the live Northern Line, Overground, or bus routes:
- ๐ Day Shifts: 06:00 / 07:00โ14:00
- ๐ Evening Shifts: 14:00โ22:00 / 23:00

โจ Role & Responsibilities
MiHome Care sees our Care Assistants as performance beyond the everyday. We are here to ensure clients live safer and more supported lives and to do what's needed to empower those care journeys in their preferred environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Aid with personal care including: washing, bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting arrangements, hygiene care, and mobility support.
- Medication Support: Assist clients with preparing and administering medication to ensure adherence and safety.
- Mobility and physical support: Help in overcoming physical limitations, manage aids and adaptations, personal equipment and mobility issues.
- Aid in eating and drinking tasks, including preparing meals and supporting those requiring help.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Encourage clients' social engagement with peers and families.
- Monitor client health regularly and report any observed changes to professional caregivers and family members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of your care efforts and interactions.
- Safely respond to emergencies effectively due to its time-sensitive nature.
- Collaborate seamlessly with families and wider care teams and support collective care goals.
