About the Care Assistant Role

- Assisting residents with personal care and support
- Supporting their emotional well-being and social needs
- Aiding at meal times
- Building personal interactions with residents
- Monitoring, maintaining, and updating care plans to meet individual needs
About You
Our team lies at the heart of our homes, providing essential daily support. We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Capable of working long shifts without hesitation
- Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills
- Skilled in engaging with residents and their families
- Familiar with dementia care and needs of older adults
- Prefer prior Care Assistant experience (though not mandatory)
- Eager to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, either holding it or willing to work towards it
