  • Assisting residents with personal care and support
  • Supporting their emotional well-being and social needs
  • Aiding at meal times
  • Building personal interactions with residents
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and updating care plans to meet individual needs

About You

Our team lies at the heart of our homes, providing essential daily support. We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Capable of working long shifts without hesitation
  • Strong communicators with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Skilled in engaging with residents and their families
  • Familiar with dementia care and needs of older adults
  • Prefer prior Care Assistant experience (though not mandatory)
  • Eager to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, either holding it or willing to work towards it
