About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and personal care to residents with diverse needs.
- Observe and manage residents’ behaviour while documenting and reporting changes as required by law.
- Support nutrition and hydration by assisting residents (or encouraging) consumption in line with care plans.
- Offer physical and mental stimulation through social activities in group and one-to-one settings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans per regulatory and legal standards.

- Motivation, positivity, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities to work independently or in team settings.
- PaysScale: Experience in a care home or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
