Care Assistant – Scholars Mews Care Home (Stratford-upon-Avon)

About the Role

Your key responsibility will be to deliver high standards of personal care, working as part of a cohesive team to ensure seamless provision for residents across all shifts.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing personal hygiene support, promoting optimised independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Identifying clinical risks in residents—such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and infections—and escalating concerns promptly.
  • Maintaining courteous interactions with residents and their visitors, upholding individual dignity and independence.
  • Adhering to safe systems of work across all assigned tasks.
