Care Assistant – Scholars Mews Care Home (Stratford-upon-Avon)

About the Role
Your key responsibility will be to deliver high standards of personal care, working as part of a cohesive team to ensure seamless provision for residents across all shifts.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing personal hygiene support, promoting optimised independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Identifying clinical risks in residents—such as weight loss, pressure sores, fall risks, and infections—and escalating concerns promptly.
- Maintaining courteous interactions with residents and their visitors, upholding individual dignity and independence.
- Adhering to safe systems of work across all assigned tasks.

About You
We’re looking for a warm-hearted, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual to join our team. Experience is welcome but not essential—thorough training and support will be provided to ensure confidence and success.
