About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship while sharing great moments and memories. The role is fulfilling and varied each day. As a Bank Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink
- Adhering to care plans
- Ensuring residents have one-to-one time
- Developing career opportunities while contributing meaningfully

About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you must have:
- Experience in caring for older people
- A can-do approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and a warm-hearted approach
- Compassion to deliver high-standard care and support
