About The Role
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks
- Providing support and companionship
- Sharing meaningful moments and memories with residents

About You
To become a Bank Care Assistant, we’re looking for an individual with:
- Experience (or strong inclination) in caring for older people
- A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Empathy, a warm, caring demeanour, and compassion—key to delivering outstanding care
- Ambition to grow and learn in a supportive environment
