About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support.
You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing memorable moments. Every day is different, giving you varied and rewarding work. As a Bank Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Supporting residents with food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time with residents
