About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
You'll assist with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. This is a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will bring variations in tasks, giving you a rewarding and varied workload. As a Bank Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time is provided for each resident

About You

- Some experience of caring for older people
- A can-do approach
- Excellent communication skills

As a Barchester Bank Care Assistant, you will provide cover as and when needed, such as during annual leave or sickness absence. Thus, your hours and days of work will be variable and flexible.
