About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
You'll assist with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship, and sharing great moments and memories. This is a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Every day will bring variations in tasks, giving you a rewarding and varied workload. As a Bank Care Assistant, your duties may include:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time is provided for each resident

About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you'll need:
- Some experience of caring for older people
- A can-do approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy and warmth that will naturally shine through
- Most importantly, compassion to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all residents
