Bank Care Assistant – Casual Part-Time Role
About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents live fuller, more fulfilling days by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories—making every day as unique and rewarding as it is varied.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting residents with food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one time with residents
- Assisting with daily tasks while bringing dedication and compassion to your role
