About The Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories.

Each day offers diversity, with a range of responsibilities. As a Bank Care Assistant, your duties may include:

  • Supporting residents with food and drink
  • Adhering to care plans
  • Ensuring one-to-one time with residents
