About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living
- Providing support and companionship
- Sharing great moments and memories with residents
Every day presents new opportunities, making your work as varied as it is rewarding. As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll undertake diverse tasks such as:
- Supporting residents with their food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring individual attention for our residents through one-to-one time
