About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living, providing support and companionship
- Sharing meaningful moments and memories with residents
- Undertaking varied tasks such as:
- Supporting residents with food and drink
- Following care plans
- Ensuring one-to-one care time
- Putting your skills to meaningful use while developing your career

To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll need: ✔ Some experience of caring for older people ✔ A can-do approach and excellent communication skills ✔ Strong empathy and a warm-hearted personality ❌ Most importantly: compassion to deliver the highest standard of care
