About The Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering flexible working. As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing support and companionship, and sharing meaningful moments and memories. Every day brings variety—you could be helping with food and drink, following care plans, or ensuring residents have one-to-one time. This role allows you to apply and develop your skills in a way that is both varied and rewarding.
